Located in South Texas just 25 miles SE of San Antonio on a 600 acre working cattle and horse ranch. Our dogs are not kennel dogs and have plenty of room to run and have the chance to work livestock. I have hand picked my dogs and most have Champion bloodlines and all are raised with the love and care they need to become happy healthy family members.

Marx's Lone Stetson will be my Toy blue merle stud He is NSDR & ASDR. He was weighed on
Jan 5-09 and is 13.2 lbs and is 11 3/4" tall, he will be a year old on Feb 20-09.
Stetson has a wonderful personality and an awesome hair coat. Hopefully I will have some time to show him and make him a Champion like his sire "Pockets Little Texan" shown at the right.
Pockets Little Texan INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION red tri toy. Pockets sire is Schuldawn's Blake, an International Champion.

Panda, is reg NSDR and ASDR. Panda is a very sweet little girl and loves everyone. She has the most lovable personality and is very gentle in her manner. She is 13 1/2" tall and 22.3 lbs. Her sire is Smith's Butch and her Dam is Smith's Blue Marina a 14" blue merle. Panda has had 2 litters of pups and they were ALL awesome. Panda also had a litter with Levi...results were some beautiful blue eyed tris...all are sold....
Marx's Quite Happy is a 15" 17 lb NSDR & ASDR black tri female. Happy is always happy and has lots of agility going on....I can't wait to breed her to Stetson to see what I get. Check back to see what she has.

SELLER TERMS
SELLER will supply the up to date health record information to BUYER at time of transfer of said puppy. If this is a pet/companion puppy, a registration application will be mailed to BUYER when proof of spay/neuter is supplied. The first word of the registered name of this puppy will be Marx’s. All puppies will be structure evaluated and temperament tested.
This puppy is guaranteed to be of sound health and free of known contagious diseases upon leaving our home.
SELLER reserves right of refusal of the sale of one of our dogs to anyone.
SELLER will have first right of refusal if BUYER, for any reason, decides not to keep the puppy.
SELLER has the right to, at any time, stop breeding Toy/ Miniature Australian Shepherds.
SELLER makes no guarantees regarding loss of the puppy due to accidental death, theft, sickness due to lack of vaccinations, etc., or any other loss beyond SELLER’S control.
BUYER TERMS
Under no circumstances is SELLER responsible for any vet bills acquired by BUYER for said puppy. SELLER is not responsible for death of said puppy due to the negligence or carelessness of any airline or other live animal carrier, its agents or employees, or BUYER.
BUYER will have said puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 (three) days of receipt of the puppy, excluding weekends. If said puppy is found to be in poor health, as evidenced by a written statement from a licensed veterinarian, BUYER will have 2 (two) options:
1. Keep said puppy, assuming all costs for its care.
2. Return said puppy, at BUYER’S expense, for a full refund of purchase price only upon SELLER’S receipt of the veterinarian’s written statement regarding the health of said puppy. This provision will expire 3 (three) days after BUYER takes possession of said puppy, excluding weekends.
BUYER agrees that this contract is non-transferable.
HEALTH GUARANTEES AND REPLACEMENT
Shipping Costs
BUYER agrees to pay the cost of vet check for health certificate, a crate for shipping said puppy and the total cost for shipping the puppy. BUYER must have all funds for said puppy paid in full to SELLER 10 days prior to shipping or pick up. BUYER agrees that if funds for shipping and purchase are not received within ten days of purchase agreement, unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing by both parties, BUYER will forfeit all rights to the puppy. SELLER will retain the deposit monies.
